The Department of Nano Engineering, established in 2018, is trying to achieve a world-class nano-fusion multi-disciplinary educational institution, achievement of world-class creative research, global leading foundation and future new industry creation by establishment specialized curriculums, enhancement of research capacity of department professors and the improvement of the department.

To develop into a world-class nano-fusion multi-disciplinary education institution, we will operate a specialized curriculum focused on top faculty with experience in nano-fusion multi-disciplinary education and research.

We will set a vision for leaps and bounds for research, contribute to society through research-led start-up technology, and especially focus on securing source technologies essential for successful start-up foundation. To this end, we will intensify research and develop technology / commercialization of nanofabrication composite devices, commercialize technology for nano composite materials / device development platform for securing source technology of emotion, health care wearable nano composite compound device, and improving urban environment .

To secure the original technology in world-class level, we invited the leading world scholar as a SAINT chairperson (Professor Kazunori Kazato and KATAOKA professor) and planned to operate research-oriented fusion R&BD curriculum to lead the global leading business and future new industry creation.
